Privacy Policy — AffSensor

This Privacy Policy explains how Money Pulse LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use AffSensor (the "Service"). Money Pulse LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. While we are US-incorporated, we process personal data of users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom and comply with the GDPR/UK GDPR where applicable.

1. Information we collect

Account data: email address, display name, role (publisher, advertiser, network owner).
Content you submit: reviews, comments, payout reports, network submissions, proof photos.
Usage data: pages viewed, IP address, browser and device information, referrer.
Communications: newsletter subscriptions, support messages.

2. How we use your information

To operate, maintain, and secure the Service.
To display your public reviews, ratings, and profile display name.
To detect fraud, spam, and abuse (including automated authenticity scoring).
To send transactional messages and, if you subscribe, the weekly intelligence digest.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Legal bases for processing:

Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): to provide the Service to registered users.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): security, fraud prevention, product analytics, publishing user-submitted reviews about businesses.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): newsletter subscriptions and non-essential cookies.
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): responding to lawful requests, tax and accounting.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

International transfers: Personal data may be transferred to the United States, where our infrastructure providers are located. We rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards where required.

4. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information listed above. We do not sell personal information for money. We may "share" limited identifiers with analytics providers for cross-context behavioral purposes as defined by the CPRA.

5. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Published reviews and comments may remain publicly visible even after account deletion (with author identifiers removed) to preserve the integrity of the public record.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
