What to include
- Your full legal name and, if acting on behalf of an entity, your role and the entity name.
- Contact information (email and postal address).
- The exact URL(s) of the content at issue.
- A clear description of the legal basis (defamation, IP infringement, privacy, court order, etc.).
- Evidence supporting the claim.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
DMCA notices (US copyright)
We respond to properly-formed DMCA notices under 17 U.S.C. §512. Include all elements required by §512(c)(3). Bad-faith notices may result in liability under §512(f).

Defamation / right-of-reply
If a review contains a factually false statement about your business, tell us which specific statement is false and why. We may offer a right-of-reply on the network profile in addition to any content action.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge legal notices within 5 business days. Urgent court orders should be marked as such in the subject line.
