Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AffSensor (the "Service"), operated by Money Pulse LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

2. User conduct

• Do not submit false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Do not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a network.
• Do not attempt to manipulate ratings, votes, or the intelligence digest.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not upload proof images containing personal data of third parties.

3. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, comments, payout reports, proof images). You grant Money Pulse LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You represent that your content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not infringe any third-party rights.

Reviews are opinions of contributors. We may moderate, edit, or remove content per our Review & Content Policy.

4. Rankings and independence

Rankings are derived from ratings and payment reports submitted by users. Placement is never paid. Featured or sponsored placements, where present, are clearly labeled and do not affect ratings or ranking scores.

5. Third-party networks

AffSensor is not affiliated with any network listed. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party terms, offers, or payments.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimer for details.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Money Pulse LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to USD $100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Money Pulse LLC harmless from claims arising out of your content or your breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
